Policy
Refund Policy
Effective date: February 14, 2026
1) Scope and definitions
This Refund Policy describes how AxenMax handles refund and cancellation requests for services and digital deliverables. Specific terms may be adjusted in a signed service agreement for a particular project.
2) Service categories
- Discovery work (e.g., requirement mapping, wireframes, planning documents).
- Implementation work (e.g., building features, integrations, and internal tools).
- Ongoing support (e.g., maintenance windows, small improvements, monitoring).
3) Cancellation
You may request cancellation by email. We will confirm the request and discuss the current status of work.
- Before work starts: a refund may be available for prepaid amounts, minus unavoidable administrative or processing costs (if applicable).
- After work starts: refunds are generally limited to the unperformed portion of the agreed scope, where such portion can be reasonably separated.
4) Digital deliverables
Many deliverables are digital (documents, design files, code). Once a milestone or deliverable is completed and shared, it may not be eligible for refund because it cannot be “returned” in a practical sense. If a deliverable is incomplete at the time of cancellation, we may provide a partial handover reflecting performed work.
5) Exceptions and non-refundable items
- Work already performed (time spent and completed deliverables shared).
- Third-party costs that were purchased at your request and cannot be reversed (for example, non-refundable vendor fees).
- Emergency or priority handling that was explicitly requested and already delivered.
6) How to request a refund
Send an email to hello@axenmax.club with:
- Your name and organization
- Project or invoice reference (if available)
- Reason for the request (optional but helpful)
- Preferred next step: cancellation, pause, or scope adjustment
7) Review and resolution
We review requests in good faith and respond within a reasonable time. Where a refund is applicable, it is typically processed to the original payment method, subject to banking or processing timelines outside our control.
8) Disputes
If you have a concern, please contact us first so we can clarify the scope and status of work. Dispute handling for signed projects may be addressed in the applicable service agreement. Governing law is described in the Terms of Service.
